Licensed Behavioral Health Specialist

We're revolutionizing behavioral health care delivery for individuals, clinicians, and the entire healthcare system. Our holistic approach addresses the physical, mental, and social needs of our patients, helping them access and navigate care anytime and anywhere.
As a member of our Behavioral Care Team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers
- Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
- Participate in enriching the training experience of our graduate students
- Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
- Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using evidence-based methods
- Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications
- Represent the practice in community presentations and lectures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
