Aries Technology LLC seeks an experienced Technical Artist to join our team in creating visually stunning and engaging games for casino patrons.

About the Role

As a Technical Artist II, you will be responsible for providing both artistic and technical support in the creation of games that are played and enjoyed by casino patrons. Your primary focus will be on enhancing and optimizing assets as needed to best suit development needs.

You will work closely with artists and developers to determine the best technical approach to creating and delivering assets for each project. Additionally, you will create and maintain XML files that control the presentation of certain assets, and archive assets upon completion of development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with artists and developers to identify all the required visual and audio game assets.
  • Create and maintain graphical templates for the overall GUI and various assets.
  • Create game assets as needed, ensuring content accuracy through technical guidance.
  • Analyze and report memory/performance concerns throughout a project's development.
  • Work with development team to enhance functionality and usability of internally developed game tools.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in creating and editing XML files.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop and After Effects.
  • Understanding of the Studio game development process and individual roles of contributors.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to achieve results within tight deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
