Job Title: Registered Nurse - NICU

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) team in Glendale, California.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, night shift position that requires a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients and families in the NICU, utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
  • Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff, ensuring a safe and healing environment.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and staff to promote health and well-being.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
