Job Summary
Aleracare is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner - Infusion Specialist to join our team. As an Infusion Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients receiving infusion services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient evaluations and assessments to develop a written plan of care.
- Regularly reassess patient condition and update the plan of care as needed.
- Provide education to patients and families on meeting nursing and related needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in Performance Improvement programs and committees as requested.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current NP state license.
- At least one year of nursing experience, infusion nursing experience preferred.
- Effective interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in speaking and writing.
Physical Requirements
- The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear.
- The employee is required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment.
- The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds.
