Job Summary:
We are looking for a registered nurse with a passion for working in school settings. As a School-Based Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and responding to students' health concerns, injuries, and illnesses promptly, providing appropriate care and referrals as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Student Care: Assess and respond to students' health concerns, injuries, and illnesses promptly, providing appropriate care and referrals as needed.
- Health Records: Maintain accurate and confidential health records, including immunization records, health assessments, and documentation of healthcare services provided.
- Education: Educate students, parents, and staff on health-related topics, including preventive care, hygiene practices, and emergency procedures.
- Acmodations: Provide acmodations for students with disabilities as needed per school's requirements.
- Transportation: Ride bus to and from school and/or field trips with students.
Requirements:
- Valid RN License: Valid Registered Nurse license in Washington required.
