Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Monitor and report patient progress, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Active Washington licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
