Job Description
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Codeforce360, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation team. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments and evaluations, and providing direct patient care services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need a strong foundation in occupational therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. In addition, you will need to possess a valid COTA certification and at least 1 year of experience working as an OT Assistant.
