Job Title: Early Intervention Specialist

Sevita is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Intervention Specialist to join our team. As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will work with infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities, providing in-home services to support their growth and development.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to provide early intervention services to children with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, child development, and therapeutic services. As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will work closely with families to develop and implement individualized plans to support their child's development.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support child development
  • Work closely with families to provide support and guidance
  • Administer and document program assessments and updates
  • Design and implement activities to support language, cognitive, fine and gross motor, sensory, self-help, and social/emotional development
Requirements:
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Human Development preferred
  • One year experience working with infants or young children and their parents/guardians preferred
  • Valid CA driver's license in good standing; one year of being a licensed driver in any US state
  • Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills; compassionate approach and commitment to quality
