About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Health. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade in overcoming speech and language challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tests and clinical observations to identify speech and language needs.
  • Therapy and Intervention: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address a variety of communication disorders.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Partner with educators, parents, and other specialists to foster an environment conducive to student success.
  • Documentation and Progress Monitoring: Keep thorough records of student progress and make adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Licensure and Certification: Must hold or be eligible for a California SLP license. ASHA certification is a plus but not required.
  • Experience and Background: Previous experience in a school setting is helpful but not mandatory.
