Resident Transport Coordinator

Position Overview:

This full-time role is essential for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of residents to various appointments and events.

Status:
Full-time, eligible for benefits

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional evening availability for special events

Compensation:
$16.15 per hour

Key Responsibilities:


1. Facilitate the transportation of residents to appointments, ensuring timely arrivals and safe travel.

2. Execute various errands and light maintenance tasks as required.

3. Support inventory management and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

4. Uphold a positive image of Auburn Homes & Services within the community, aligning with our mission and values.

5. Provide on-call services as assigned.

6. Conduct preventative maintenance on transport vehicles and report any mechanical issues promptly.

7. Assist the maintenance team with environmental services, including landscaping and snow removal, when transport duties allow.

8. Manage deliveries to the loading dock and distribute items as necessary.

9. Attend mandatory meetings as required.

10. Treat residents, families, and colleagues with respect and dignity.

11. Utilize proper body mechanics to ensure safety in all tasks.

12. Perform assigned tasks and operate equipment only after receiving appropriate training.

13. Undertake additional duties as assigned.
