We are a family-oriented cargo and freight company based in Roseville, Minnesota, hiring regional drivers out of Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Iowa, and Illinois. Our OTR drivers cover a broader area, including SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, LA, IN, KY, TN, WV, MD, PA, VA, NC, SC, and Phoenix.

As a full-time Class A CDL driver with Terminal Transport, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including a competitive starting rate of $0.53 per mile, with potential for $0.55 after a 90-day probationary period. You will also receive a monthly safety/performance bonus (up to $600 per month - $7,200 annually), average 10,500 miles/month, and enjoy paid holidays, vacation, and frequent home time.

Our drivers work with maintained automatic equipment - 2019 or newer - and enjoy year-round work with no-touch freight (drop and hook). You will also receive medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days. The annual salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and coordinate with dispatchers
  • Drive long distances
  • Secure cargo and properly arrange and balance it within the vehicle
  • Maintain a detailed log of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Ensure any mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected before driving
