Join Our Team as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

THERAPY 2000 is a leading provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services. We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the North Houston division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations to determine patients' needs for therapy.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
  • Collaborate with patients' caregivers to develop home exercise programs.
  • Act as a vital member of patients' medical neighborhoods, coordinating care with various providers and disciplines.
  • Complete a minimum of 6-8 patient visits per week, with a caseload of 4 patients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient chart updates, progress summaries, and other paperwork.
Requirements:
  • A current and active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
  • Availability to support a caseload of 6-8 visits per week, with a focus on afterschool hours (3:30-6:30pm).
  • An innovative spirit and a demonstrated history of reliability.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in a home-health setting.
  • Certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
