Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist PRN to join our team at AdventHealth North Pinellas. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing radiographic imaging procedures, positioning patients, and assisting with clerical duties.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all exams using established protocols and ensure proper patient identification and education.
  • Operate imaging equipment safely and properly, adapting protocols as necessary for patients of all ages.
  • Screen patients for contrast allergies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Position patients and equipment to produce high-quality radiographic images.
  • Perform clerical duties, including answering phones and completing patient records.
  • Provide basic patient care, including monitoring patient condition and obtaining patient history.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Science program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • A.R.R.T. registration.
  • General Radiographer state license (if required by state).
