Clinical Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Nurse to join our team at Good Samaritan. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth, development, and career progression in a dynamic healthcare environment.
About the RoleThis Med/Surg & Pediatrics Nurse will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Good Samaritan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supervising care delivered, coordinating plan of care, and providing education for patients/families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Supervise care delivered by other nursing staff members and ensure that all care is provided in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate plan of care with multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for patients and their families.
The ideal candidate will possess a current Indiana RN licensure, at least one year of experience in Medical/Surgical areas, and strong computer skills. A commitment to excellence, compassion, and teamwork is essential for success in this role.
