About the Job

As a Clinical Navigation Specialist at Good Samaritan Hospital, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient flow through our Lung Nodule Screening Program. This includes direct patient support, collaboration with healthcare teams, and database management.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

We offer a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Tasks
  • Coordinate patient navigation through the screening process.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care.
  • Manage program databases, tracking patient progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize patient flow.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing statistical analysis to inform program development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical navigation or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Access.
