$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, based in a major medical facility with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
About the Role
The Lung Nodule Clinic Navigator oversees daily operations and workflow for the Lung Nodule Screening Program. Collaborating closely with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and referring physicians' offices, this role supports all aspects of the screening process, from initial referrals to follow-up imaging tests.
Main Responsibilities
- DIRECT patients through the screening, enrollment, and appointment process.
- SUPPORT all efforts related to guiding patients and families through the screening process in collaboration with healthcare providers and staff.
- SCHEDULE appointments and diagnostic studies, MONITOR prior authorizations, and track patients' status in the database.
