Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Loan Officer to join our Indianapolis, IN Market team. As a Loan Officer at Pinnacle Mortgage Corp, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their homeownership and financial goals. Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives and guide them through the mortgage application process with attention to detail.
  • Financial Assessment: Assess client financial profiles, including income, credit history, and debt obligations, to determine eligibility and recommend suitable loan options.
  • Loan Education: Educate clients on various loan programs, terms, and rates available, ensuring they make informed decisions aligned with their long-term financial interests.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to expedite loan processing and ensure timely closings.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times, adhering to strict privacy policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and providing ongoing support throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to clients.
  • Business Development: Participate in business development initiatives, networking events, and community endeavors to enhance visibility and generate new business prospects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Loan Originator or Mortgage Loan Officer, with a track record of successfully closing loans.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Licensing: Familiarity with mortgage origination software and tools preferred. NMLS licensing as required.
