Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Service: Meet or exceed sales targets by offering personalized solutions to customers, recommending products and services that meet their needs, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including features, benefits, and applications, to provide expert advice to customers.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and equipment, to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, share knowledge and best practices, and support each other in meeting customer needs.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Language: Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
- Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Driver's License: Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Product Knowledge: Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products, as well as operating tinting and mixing equipment.
