Therapist Position

PlayThinks is looking for a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver behavioral therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a deep understanding of our clinic and the unique needs of our clients.
  2. Work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  3. Provide direct one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions in diverse settings.
  4. Apply de-escalation techniques and maintain a safe environment during challenging situations.
  5. Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform therapy adjustments.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; current RBT certification from the BACB is required.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of behavior principles, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience: Previous work with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
