Job Summary

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Ascension Illinois. This role is responsible for providing direct behavioral health patient care, assisting patients with daily living activities, and reporting any changes in condition.

Responsibilities

* Provide direct behavioral health patient care
* Assist patients with performing activities of daily living
* Report any changes in condition and suggest modifications to the treatment plan

Requirements

* BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required
* Certification specializing in Crisis Prevention from the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) preferred
* High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Technical degree required

Salary and Benefits

Based on location, this role offers an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, plus benefits including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement plans.
