Job Title: Clinical Nurse II

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to join our team at ProHealth Care. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Surgical Services department.

About the Role:

The Clinical Nurse II will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide individualized care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including orthopedic, general, and vascular surgeries.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Wisconsin Registered Nurse License
  • Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
