Role Summary

As an Automotive Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating enthusiasm and excitement around Subaru vehicles, assisting customers in selecting the ideal model that meets their specific requirements. Your primary focus will be on delivering an unparalleled customer service experience. This begins with actively listening to the needs of our customers and matching those needs with the appropriate vehicle options.

Every interaction presents an opportunity for you to exceed expectations and transform a visitor into a loyal Evergreen Subaru customer. You will engage with guests in the showroom to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. While we are passionate about Subaru vehicles, we also offer a diverse selection of pre-owned vehicles to cater to all customer preferences. As the first point of contact for customers entering our dealership, you will guide them through the process of advising, selling, and ensuring a fulfilling customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • A friendly and enthusiastic individual who enjoys meeting and assisting customers, demonstrating empathy and active listening skills.
  • A dedicated learner who is eager to acquire new knowledge and enhance their understanding of our products. (No prior automotive knowledge or sales experience is necessary; we are excited to train the right candidate).
