Key Responsibilities
  • Assist site managers with daily operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and customer service.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the site by ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Hire, train, and coach Teammates to perform their jobs and uphold our values.
  • Set an example by completing all required car wash activities and demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
  • 6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience.
  • Car wash experience preferred, though not required.
What We Offer

We provide a fun, active, and outdoor work environment, competitive health and 401(k) benefits, paid time off, and free car washes. Our Teammates in this role typically earn $18.00/hour, including a base pay of $16.00/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and our top performers regularly exceed $2/hour in additional earnings.
