About the Role

The Restaurant Success Manager is a critical role in our team, responsible for empowering and advising high-touch restaurant partners. This position requires a deep understanding of the restaurant and hospitality industry, as well as excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business outcomes and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. They will be responsible for developing and executing proactive account management strategies, leveraging data insights to inform their approach.

This role requires collaboration with various teams across the organization, including Sales, Product, and Engineering. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to our restaurant partners, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and understand restaurant operator expectations and values
  • Develop and execute proactive account management strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key restaurant partners
  • Leverage data insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or restaurant industry role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes and building strong relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
