  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Demonstrate excellent ability to interpret and work from blueprints.
  • Experience with heavy steel is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle large, heavy, and awkward components with ease.
  • Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) processes.
  • Must have a proven track record of fitting weldments without the use of fixtures.
  • Exhibit punctuality and a collaborative spirit within a team setting.
