Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with production staff to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues in a timely manner.
- Order and install replacement parts as needed to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in a related field a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or production role, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
