  • Print and Process Payroll Checks
    • Print payroll checks and reports according to standard procedures.
    • Print customer-requested jobs on an as-needed basis.
  • Client Payroll Management
    • Separate and sort client payroll.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure day-to-day payroll needs are met.
  • Training and Development
    • Train Associate-level members on basic distribution practices and procedures.
  • Operations and Support
    • Inspect printed payroll checks, sort, package, stuff, bundle, and meter as required.
    • Exercise good judgment and perform a variety of other duties.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate orally with supervisors and team members regarding questions or problems.
    • Understand departmental processes and be accountable for individual work.
  • Requirements
    • Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and accurately follow detailed directions.
    • Ability to work individually with little supervision on established assignments.
    • Recommended 2 years of experience.
    • Working knowledge of distribution practices and procedures.
    • General familiarity with basic PC operations.
    • Ability to meet and exceed departmental deadlines.
    • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
    • High school diploma or GED required.
