Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in retail banking is preferred, with additional experience in sales, marketing, and consumer lending being advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required; further training will be provided by the institution.
  • Strong relationship management, client service, and communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to ethical practices.
  • Proven sales experience and familiarity with public accounting and legal firms are beneficial.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of consumer banking, credit, and business banking services is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and CRM systems, with strong data entry capabilities.
