Job Title: Equipment Quality Control Specialist

Location: Lawrence, MA area

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Type: Contract to Hire

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Joulé. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that equipment meets the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Record, document, and summarize calibration and testing data
  • Calibrate equipment manufactured by clients and ensure it meets quality standards
  • Complete customer equipment orders
  • Document, troubleshoot, and report problems/discrepancies to the Manager
  • Meet allotted time goals assigned per calibration
  • Work independently and as a positive and productive part of a multi-disciplinary team
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Biochemistry or related Life Science and/or 3-5 years of QC experience
  • 3+ years of GMP/GLP experience
  • Previous QC experience
  • Understanding of aseptic/sterile technique
  • Able to lift 25 pounds periodically
  • Understanding of statistics
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
