Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner/APRN/Physician Assistant to join our team as a rehab consultant in Peabody, MA. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will work closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to optimize rehabilitative outcomes and promote patient independence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing specialized Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant
- Representing Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in your facility through strong clinical leadership and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
- Collaborating with PCP teams to help manage conditions common in SNFs such as CVA, progressive neurological conditions, and postoperative orthopedic surgeries

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for post-acute healthcare and serving the geriatric population
- Experience in the post-acute space is preferred
- Confidence to function autonomously
