Key Responsibilities:

Pastry Production Support:
Assist in crafting and executing dessert menus tailored to our Latin culinary themes.
Prepare desserts following established recipes, ensuring consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality.
Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef to develop efficient production schedules across multiple venues.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with pastry teams at each venue, providing support and guidance to uphold high standards.
Coordinate with location managers to facilitate seamless operations between kitchen and service teams.

Quality Assurance:
Participate in regular inspections and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Engage in tastings and evaluations to ensure consistent quality across all Latin-themed locations.
Assist in sourcing high-quality ingredients and maintaining strong vendor partnerships.

Financial Awareness:
Monitor inventory levels to reduce waste and promote efficient production.
Assist in managing expenses and adhering to budgetary constraints.

Continuous Learning & Innovation:
Stay updated on current pastry trends, especially those relevant to Latin cuisine, and help integrate them into our offerings.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to introduce new techniques and recipes to the team.

Qualifications:
Culinary school diploma, degree in pastry arts, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years of professional pastry experience, with a focus on Latin desserts being advantageous.
Strong understanding of various pastry, bread-making, and dessert techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and travel between multiple locations.
