+ Familiarize yourself with the Banquet Event Order and the menu for the assigned event.

+ Serve guests in accordance with the hotel's standards, demonstrating friendliness and professionalism.

+ Address guest issues, complaints, and incidents; escalate to management when necessary.

+ Stay informed about current hotel policies.

+ Know the locations of fire exits, fire extinguishers, and safety protocols.

+ Keep the banquet storage area organized and stocked with necessary supplies for food service.

+ Clear banquet areas post-event and ensure proper storage and restocking of equipment and supplies.

+ Maintain a consistently attentive, friendly, and helpful attitude towards guests, managers, and colleagues.

+ Understand the hotel's organizational structure and the roles of each department.

+ Handle Lost and Found items according to established procedures.

+ Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

+ Attend required meetings as directed by management.
