About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN-Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting comprehensive assessments, and developing individualized plans of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnoses, and manage illness and disease
  • Develop and implement plans of care within the scope of practice of the nurse practitioner
  • Use prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, treatments, and theories in accordance with state/federal laws and regulations
  • Enhance quality and effectiveness of nursing practice
  • Interact with and contribute to the professional development of peers and colleagues
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral level as a nurse practitioner
  • Minimum 1 year clinical experience functioning in the nurse practitioner role in a primary care setting
  • Computer literate
