Job Summary:
Saint Francis Hospital - Bartlett is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical patient care to patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
- Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
Requirements:
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
