- Health Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough health assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and provide preventive care services.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with caregivers, healthcare professionals, and family members to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Medication Management: Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing, and manage medications to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and active state Nurse Practitioner license.
- Experience: Five or more years of nursing experience, with at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
- Skills and Qualities: Strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in medical instruments and equipment.
- Professional Certifications: Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification and active state DEA licensure.
