Havana Roasters Coffee Bakery & Sandwich Bar is a unique Cuban culinary coffee and bakery experience that transports customers back in time to the grandeur of Havana's Golden Age. We are seeking skilled baristas to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality coffee drinks.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, following company recipes and standards.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, seating areas, and equipment.
  • Restock supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
  • Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about brewing techniques and products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
