Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bartender to join our team at JACKMONT HOSPITALITY INC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of amazing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ID and verify the age of guests ordering alcoholic beverages in compliance with state laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the bar, creating a warm and inviting environment for all guests
  • Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests according to standard recipes and company policies
  • Provide personalized service to repeat guests, learning their names and drink preferences to create a memorable experience
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food orders and ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our menu and make recommendations to guests when appropriate
  • Promote upselling opportunities for food and drink items to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience
  • Ensure a clean and organized bar area at all times, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Accurately process orders through our POS system, handling cash transactions and credit card payments efficiently
Requirements:
  • Dress professionally in JACKMONT HOSPITALITY INC approved uniform at all times
  • Operate the P.O.S. system accurately, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain change responsibly
  • Respond calmly and professionally to difficult guests, escalating issues to management as needed
  • Pass regular bar validation checks to ensure compliance with state laws and regulations
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, responding promptly to their requests and needs
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
  • Lift 30-pound cases frequently, moving them short distances up or down stairs as required
  • Clear background check and TSA certification required
