We are seeking an Assistant Account Manager to assist with supervisory, training, and operations functions at assigned posts in accordance with post orders and client instructions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Account Manager with coordinating all aspects of executing the security contract, including technical and managerial functions.
  • Assign work tasks to Security Professionals and direct their work throughout the day.
  • Serve as the first direct supervisory contact for shift supervisors or Security Professionals regarding performance, operations, and department needs.
  • Supervise, motivate, coach, and train Security Professionals, evaluating their work performance and making recommendations.
  • Maintain Post Order manuals and other post information, ensuring they are properly updated and maintained.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate new employees, providing on-the-job training in coordination with Shift Supervisors.
  • Oversee reports, logs, and pass downs generated by the Security Department, distributing communications and information to Security Professionals as directed.
  • Manage sub-units within the Security Department, such as fire control rooms and loading docks, generating work orders and paperwork as needed.
  • Respond to minor incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken, reports are completed, and parties are notified in a timely manner.
  • Identify personnel problems and forward issues to the Account Manager or Field Supervisor, writing reports or assisting with investigations as directed.
  • Make recommendations for counseling and disciplinary actions, administering actions as directed by the Account Manager or management.
  • Respond to client emergencies, maintaining positive relationships through frequent tenant/client contact and support.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three to five years of professional-level experience, including prior experience in security, law enforcement, or the military.
  • Valid state Guard License and completion of background investigation and drug/alcohol test required.
  • Driving positions require a valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
  • Energetic and focused personality with strong customer service orientation, able to take initiative, handle competing assignments, and manage deadlines.
  • Professional communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Availability to work outside normal shifts and be accessible 24/7 for emergency response.
Estimated Salary Range: $42,500 - $47,500 per yearBenefits
  • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, and disability coverage.
  • Enrollment in our 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirements.
  • Paid holidays, sick days, and personal days.
  • Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
