Job Description

We're seeking an E-commerce Production & General Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for picking, assembling, and packing orders with attention to detail. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, honesty, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order production and assembly, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Order packaging and fulfillment, meeting customer expectations
  • Website maintenance, including adding new listings, updating content, and images
  • Customer communication and support, responding to feedback and photos of events
  • Identifying and managing vendors, such as photographers
  • Researching new product ideas and contributing to content creation
  • Capturing product photographs and applying light editing for website and social media
  • Managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
  • Content creation for website and social media, showcasing our products and brand
  • Keeping the office and production area clean and organized
  • Book-keeping and financial management
Qualification Requirements
  • 0-4 years of experience in a studio, production, manufacturing, or e-commerce environment
  • Availability for approximately 20+ hours per week, with a flexible schedule
  • Comfortable using online and desktop software, including Adobe Illustrator, Etsy, Shopify, and ShipStation
  • Good technology skills and a willingness to learn
  • Chicago-land applicants only
  • Detailed and process-oriented, with a focus on improvement
  • Good sense of humor and a team attitude
