  • Establish and uphold quality assurance protocols to continually enhance the performance of floating staff.
  • Encourage and mentor floating employees to identify and refer potential business opportunities during their assignments.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational Background: Equivalent to a high school diploma.

Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a credit union or banking setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

Knowledge Base: In-depth understanding of credit union products and services; comprehensive knowledge of credit union policies and procedures; awareness of the organization's vision and long-term objectives; familiarity with the roles and responsibilities of Relief Supervisor and Relief Specialist I, II, III.
