Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of Building Attendant II's, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard and in accordance with established procedures.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure correct and timely completion, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Prepare documents such as key logs, security logs, time reports, and inspection reports, meeting deadlines and performing complete and error-free work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including responding to customer complaints and ensuring timely reporting and follow-up of building maintenance and custodial issues.
Requirements
  • Experience following basic work instructions and one year of experience in custodial, environmental services, hospitality, warehouse, production, or facilities maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read and write work materials and follow written instructions.
  • Desire to work on a team and stable work history, with a reliable means of communicating with the department outside of work by phone.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school graduation or GED, with more than two years of custodial experience in any of the following fields: custodial, hospitality, environmental services, warehouse, production, or facilities maintenance.
  • Some experience in supervising, training, inspecting, and scheduling custodial work, with OS1 experience and successful completion of the OS1 Comprehensive Certification Program.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in all weather conditions, around chemical fumes, and with standard office conditions. The use of personal protective equipment, safety shoes, and safety equipment is required. The physical demands of this position include lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds, and continuous standing and walking.
