Job Summary

The RN Resource Float Pool is a dynamic and flexible role that allows you to work in various units and departments within our health system. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to gain diverse experience, develop new skills, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in various units and departments, including critical care, surgical services, medical surgical, procedural, women's services, and emergency department.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • RN license required; current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
  • Nursing diploma or associates degree in nursing required; bachelors degree in nursing preferred.
  • BLS from the American Heart Association required.
  • Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area.

Pay Range
