About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at BRIA. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct care to residents, supervise activities performed by nursing assistants, and chart and maintain documentation for residents.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing resident needs and well-being.
- Supervise and guide nursing assistants to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and residents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
- Valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience in long-term care.
