Job Overview

As a key member of the BankWest team, the Document Management Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of electronic records.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Classify, archive, and maintain imaged documents in an electronic document application.
  • Complete document maintenance requests in a timely manner or provide support as needed.
  • Develop advanced knowledge of the electronic document application, processes, and related hardware through regular training and webinars.
  • Ensure all imaged documents meet quality control standards and initiate appropriate action.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and management to achieve goals.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer aptitude and typing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, meeting deadlines and adjusting work schedules as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Knowledge of banking terminology and procedures.
