Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team at Walgreens. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate cash handling and inventory procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
  • Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
