About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by providing excellent customer service, making product recommendations, and promoting Circle K products.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, provide guidance and support to team members, and contribute to a positive and productive store environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Retail and Customer Service Experience: Preferred.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
