TruConnect Representative

• Develop and execute outreach programs to educate customers about the TruConnect program and provide tailored service recommendations
• Assess customers for enrollment eligibility based on predetermined criteria or requirements
• Analyze and report data related to community needs, customer enrollments, and program effectiveness
• Offer exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to enrollment
• Collaborate with the Community Outreach Associate team to create, review, and maintain enrollment documents
• Promote clients' positive image in the community through effective communication and branding
• Participate in workshops to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client services and goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in sales, community outreach, or customer-facing roles is ideal
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients, consumers, and team members
• Proven ability to build meaningful relationships while interacting with customers
• Passion for making a positive impact both personally and professionally
• Ability to bring energy and motivation to the workplace
