Project Manager, Senior Associate

KPMG is a leading professional services firm that provides audit, tax, and advisory services to organizations in various industries. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate, Project Manager to join our Growth and Strategy organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery, identify and resolve project-related issues, and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, timelines, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project-related communications and facilitate collaboration across teams.
  • Organize and lead project meetings, including setting agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-up on key decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the project management framework to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of recent experience in project management, preferably in a professional services or fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other relevant qualifications are a plus.
  • Demonstrate experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Experience in managing project documentation and reporting to ensure accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Access.
