Job Description

We are seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at the Gwinnett County Jail in Lawrenceville, GA. As a CNA with NaphCare, you will play a critical role in our continuing mission to be the leading provider of quality healthcare in the correctional industry.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with direct patient care procedures
  • Obtain patient history
  • Take Vital Signs
  • Prepare Charts
  • Assist with medical examinations
  • Perform routine procedures under established protocols (to include but not limited to phlebotomy, EKG's, dressing changes and wound cultures)
  • Normal physical requirements – standing, walking, sitting, lifting, squatting, etc.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Current Certification as Certified Nursing Assistant in Georgia
  • Valid CPR Card
  • Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably correctional healthcare
