Sales and Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a dynamic Inside and Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Kent, WA. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our customers and driving sales growth.
Salary: $28-$32 per hour plus 4% commission on gross sales.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, including market trends and customer needs. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Inside Sales: Engage with customers via phone, leveraging CRM tools to track leads and organize client interactions.
- Outside Sales: Visit B2B clients and construction job sites to build relationships and close deals.
- Team Collaboration: Assist with pulling orders and contribute to a collaborative environment where every day is an opportunity to make an impact.
